Terms of Service

Last updated 4 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Trade Arena ("we", "us") for your use of tradearena.in and the Trade Arena app (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you accept them, along with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.

1. Who can use it

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. You must also hold your own trading account with a broker the Service supports (currently Fyers), enabled for the instruments you trade. You use the Service for your own account only.

2. What the Service does

Trade Arena is software that automates order execution. It reads the Telegram channels you choose and interprets their messages with AI. It checks each call against the rules and limits you set, then places and manages orders in your own broker account through your broker's API. It also lets you plan and place trades yourself on the Trade Desk. A channel you add may first run in a paper-trading evaluation, during which no real orders are placed for it.

We are not a stockbroker. We never hold your money or securities. Every order is placed in your broker account, in your name, under your credentials.

3. Not investment advice

We are not registered with SEBI as an investment adviser or research analyst. Nothing in the Service is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security. Signals come from third-party channels that you choose. We do not author, verify or endorse them, and we do not guarantee their accuracy, timeliness or profitability. Trading in derivatives is highly risky, and you may lose part or all of your capital.

4. Orders placed for you

You authorise the Service to place, modify and cancel orders in your broker account as you configure it. That covers entries, stop-losses, targets, exits instructed by your channels, and closing open positions before the market closes (by default at 15:15 IST).

Automation can fail. A message can be misread. Telegram can deliver it late. Your broker can reject an order, rate-limit its API or be down. Prices can move before an order fills. Any of these can make an order wrong, late, missed or duplicated. The Service may also skip a signal on purpose, under your rules and its own safeguards: daily loss limits, entry cut-off times, a system-wide pause, or a broker login that has expired. Check your positions and orders in your broker's terminal, and act there when something is wrong.

5. Your responsibilities

  • Keep your Google, Telegram and broker accounts secure, and complete your broker's daily login so orders can be placed.
  • Set risk limits that suit you, and review them.
  • Follow only channels you are entitled to read, and use their content lawfully.
  • Comply with your broker's terms and with exchange and SEBI rules on API and algorithmic trading, including any requirement to trade from a registered static IP.
  • Do not misuse the Service. That means no attempts to break or overload it, no access to other users' data, and no copying, reselling or reverse-engineering it.

6. Tokens

Orders the Service places for you use tokens. Today an entry costs one token, as does an exit your channel instructs or lots you add to a position. Exits by stop-loss, target, your own manual exit or the end-of-day close are free. New accounts receive free tokens. Tokens are credits for using the Service. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and cannot be exchanged for money. We may change how tokens work, and we will tell you before we do.

7. Dedicated IP subscription

To meet the rules for API order placement, the Service can send your orders through a static IP address assigned to you. It may come with a free trial; after that it is a monthly subscription at the price shown in the app. If the subscription lapses, we may stop placing new entries for you. We keep managing exits for positions that are already open. Cancellations and refunds are covered by the Refund Policy.

8. Fees and payment

Prices are shown in Indian rupees before you pay, and payments are processed by Razorpay. We may change prices. A new price applies only from your next paid period or purchase.

9. Other services

The Service depends on Telegram, your broker, Google and Razorpay, and their own terms apply to your use of them. We are not responsible for their availability or their actions. A change on their side can limit or interrupt what the Service can do.

10. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service running during market hours, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, pause or withdraw features. That includes pausing order placement for everyone when we believe it is needed to prevent harm.

11. Suspension and closing your account

You can stop using the Service at any time. Disconnect your broker and Telegram in Settings, and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts others at risk, or where the law requires it. Before your account closes, close any open positions in your broker account. Once it is closed, the Service no longer manages them.

12. Ownership

The Service, its software and its brand belong to us. Your data stays yours, and you let us process it as needed to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

13. No warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we give no warranties of any kind, express or implied.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits or opportunities, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the event that gave rise to it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

15. Indemnity

You will compensate us for claims and losses that arise from your breach of these terms, or from your misuse of the Service or of any third party's content.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date above and tell you in the app before a significant change takes effect. If you keep using the Service after that, you accept the updated terms.

17. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
