What the connector is
Your agent talks to your account over MCP, a standard way for an AI to use tools. This is not the AI that reads your Telegram channels. On this path no AI of ours runs: the agent decides, the platform carries it out and records it.
- The agent sees what the tools return: your positions, funds, quotes and orders. Nothing from your channels is sent to it.
- Every trade it opens is a real trade in your own Fyers or Groww account, under your own credentials. There is no paper mode for an agent.
What your agent can do
Read. Your open positions and resting entries, the funds and margin in each broker account, the live price of a contract, the option chain around the money, and today's profit or loss.
Trade, in two steps. Every order is two steps. The agent asks for a preview; your chat shows you the contract, the account, the quantity, the stop and the target; only then can it place. A preview expires after a few minutes, and there is no way to place without one. Each options trade gets a stop and a target at the broker and is squared off at 3:15 PM, like every other trade here.
- Enter a contract, exit the whole position, or book part of it and keep the rest running.
- Move the stop or the target of an open trade.
- Cancel an entry that is still resting at the broker.
- Pause your trading. It can pause, but it cannot un-pause.
Your limits
The team sets ceilings for your account. Under them you set your own figures in Settings → AI agents, and the lower of the two applies on every line:
- Capital for options (rupees)
- Risk per trade (% of that capital)
- Lots per entry
- Entries a day
- Open positions
- Stop for the day after a loss of (rupees)
- Capital for stocks (rupees)
The agent's trades are counted on their own, separately from your channels' trades, and your account's own loss limit still sits under all of this. The agent cannot change any of these figures.
Direct orders, when armed
When this is switched on for your account, you can arm the agent for a set time — 15 minutes to the rest of the day — from Settings → AI agents, or the agent can ask you once. While armed, the agent places and exits without showing you each order first, within your limits, until the window ends or you pause it. Arming lifts nothing else: not your limits, not the stop and target, not the square-off.
Stocks: delivery buys and sells
When stocks are switched on for your account, the agent can buy or sell one NSE stock per call, for delivery, as a limit order, within the capital for stocks you set. By default it may sell only what it bought. A stock gets no stop, no target and no square-off: the platform does not manage it after the order.
What it cannot do
- Trade on paper. The connector is real trades only.
- Change your risk settings or your limits.
- Lift a pause, or the Stop trading button.
- Approve, reject or even see your Telegram signals.
- Hold an option overnight.
- Sell an option it does not hold.
- Touch your broker connection or your IP settings.
How to connect
Once the connector is switched on for your account, Settings → AI agents shows your server URL: https://tele.tradearena.in/mcp. Nothing is typed except that URL; each client signs you in here and asks you to allow it.
claude.ai
- Open Customize, then Connectors, then Add custom connector.
- Paste the server URL.
- For the OAuth client, choose Use Claude's published identity. If that fails, choose Register automatically.
- Sign in here when asked, and press Allow.
Claude Code
Run this, then sign in here when the browser opens:
claude mcp add --transport http trade-arena https://tele.tradearena.in/mcp
ChatGPT
- Open Settings, then Connectors, then Advanced, and turn on Developer mode.
- Create a connector with the server URL and OAuth.
- Sign in here when asked, and press Allow.
The first time, you accept the agent terms on a consent page: the trades are real, every action is logged, and you can pause or disconnect the agent at any time.
How to stop it
- Pause agent trading, in Settings → AI agents. Reads still work. A resting entry can still be cancelled.
- Disconnect. The agent is signed out. You can connect it again.
- Your own Stop trading button and the platform's own switch stop it too.
Availability
Agent access is a live-trading feature, opening in stages. Like live trading, it opens after your account has been on paper for 30 days. Ask for it with Request connector in Settings → AI agents; you need a Fyers or Groww account.
